Mehdi wins “Student’s Choice Award” for his presentation!

Mehdi’s oral presentation at the 2024 MIE Research Symposium has been awarded the “Student’s Choice Award”. Mehdi is investigating how protein-laden droplets interact with surfaces. Keep up the great work Mehdi!

Yalda joins the DREAM Lab!

Yalda Chehrehsaz is the latest member to join the DREAM Lab. Yalda will be investigating how dust adheres to surfaces, specifically wood processing mills that deal with the daily accumulation of sawdust. The DREAM Lab is pleased to welcome Amanuel Goliad as its latest member. Amanuel did his senior thesis in MSE in the DREAM Lab, and is now starting his MASc. Amanuel will be looking into novel ways of reducing the release of microplastic fibres from textiles. Welcome Amanuel!
